Instructions

  1. Pat chicken tenders dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Dip each tender into the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumb-parmesan mixture to coat evenly. Place on a tray without overlapping.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Arrange tenders in a single layer. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C). Once done, let rest for a few minutes before serving.
