Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place cauliflower florets in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Optional: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of baking.
