- 1 (12 oz) jar quartered artichoke hearts in water, drained

- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even 3/4-inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Add cream cheese and sour cream, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in milk until the sauce is creamy and well-blended.
- Add Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chopped spinach a handful at a time until wilted, then add chopped artichoke hearts.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over each piece. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
