Description
A rich, creamy fudge combining sweetened condensed milk, dark chocolate, and chopped nuts. This easy-to-make treat has a smooth texture with a subtle floral note from rosewater and a crunchy nutty finish.
Ingredients
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter, room temperature
1 3/4 cups dark chocolate (70%)
1 tsp rosewater, optional
1/3 cup chopped pistachios
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Dried rose petals, optional (for topping)
Instructions
Combine condensed milk, butter, and chocolate in a heavy-bottomed pan.
Heat on low heat, stirring constantly until fully melted and smooth (10 minutes).
Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Let cool slightly, then add rosewater (if using).
Pour into an 8″ square foil-lined pan. Smooth top and sprinkle additional nuts and rose petals.
Chill for 2 hours until set. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
Notes
Use high-quality dark chocolate for better flavor.
Stir constantly to prevent burning.
Let the mixture cool slightly before adding rosewater.
Line the pan well with foil for easy removal.
