- 5 tablespoons Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce
- 1 medium orange, zested and juiced
- 1 medium lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 medium lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 medium radishes, trimmed and quartered
- 1 small green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together Cholula Green Pepper Hot Sauce, orange, lemon, and lime zest and juices with olive oil. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade for glazing later.
- Place shrimp in a resealable bag or dish and pour in the remaining marinade. Toss to coat evenly, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Thread shrimp, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and green bell pepper alternately onto metal skewers. Discard the used marinade.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill the skewers for 7–9 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are lightly charred.
- Brush skewers with the reserved marinade during the final minutes of grilling. Drizzle with extra hot sauce before serving if desired.
Notes
- Do not marinate shrimp for longer than 30 minutes, as citrus acid can overcook them.
- Use metal skewers for even cooking and easy flipping.
- To bake instead of grill, cook at 425°F (220°C) for 8–10 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- Pairs perfectly with coconut rice, grilled vegetables, or a fresh garden salad.
