- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 large eggs

- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the bottom and sides of a 9×13-inch baking pan with melted butter.
- Remove the cinnamon rolls from their packages and cut each roll into six pieces. Spread the pieces evenly in the prepared pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring all are coated.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set. If still doughy, bake for a few additional minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the reserved cinnamon roll icing with powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle the prepared icing evenly over the warm casserole before serving.
