Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
- Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a spatula until no longer pink and lightly browned, about 5–6 minutes.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly and blend flavors.
- Stir in chopped water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
- To serve, spoon a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf. Wrap and enjoy immediately.
