Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the chicken in a pot of water for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water for about 11 minutes until al dente. Drain well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine chicken, pasta, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella, milk, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and all the cheddar cheese.
