Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer across the bottom of the dish.
  3. Tear Swiss cheese slices into pieces and spread evenly over the chicken.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together skim milk and cream of chicken soup until smooth. Pour over the cheese and chicken.
  5. In another bowl, mix stuffing mix with melted butter until evenly coated.

  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Check that the chicken reaches 165°F internally before serving.
