- 3 tablespoons Thousand Island or Big Mac-style sauce
- 1 cup baby spinach (optional)

Instructions
- In a large cold skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, sear chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside with bacon.
- Add garlic and onion to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant and lightly golden, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in the Big Mac-style sauce. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted into a smooth sauce.
- Return chicken and bacon to the skillet, stirring to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Mix in diced pickles and spinach (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Top with shredded lettuce before serving for that signature Big Mac crunch.
